I can't make any calls and texts in Netherlands

Hello,

I'm in the Netherlands right now and I find that I can't make any calls and send text messages, even the 150 prompts once I make a call it says "You have no access to this number, pls call our customer service 1200." But I can't make any calls!
But I can surf the Internet normally, and I can also receive text messages sent to me by others. Please help me. The most important thing is that I can't make any calls, even 150.
Please help me!!

@ymwan04 150 wont work from abroad, but the recommended number to contact us on when abroad is +44 (0)7953 966 150 what happens when you dial this number, do you get the same recorded message? 

If you do have an internet connection you should be able to download a VOIP service such as Skype  to call us free from abroad on +44 800 079 8586 so one of our guides can check your account.

Have you added the country code to your number. 

Have you tried restarting your device.

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Your ability to use mobile data would seem to disprove a spend cap issue.

Have you tried manually cycling through each local network? Do the symptoms differ between each?

Yes I tried it, no working. What annoy me is I can’t even call 150 to find out what happened, do I have any other ways to find a support agent?
