@Tigger1313  A roaming pass helps keep costs down it doesn’t enable roaming on the account.  You enable roaming by texting ROAMING to 150 before you leave the UK.  You’ll need too use live chat via the EE app,  it’s under help and you’ll have to request that roaming is enabled on your account, or call customer support from a different phone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

Hello @Tigger1313 , how did you purchase a roaming pass? You would normally receive a welcome message when arriving in Turkey and then purchase the roaming pass.

If you did not receive the welcome message, then you would need to contact EE from another phone if you did not activate roaming on your account before going abroad. This you would only need to do if you are on contract, as pay as you go is roaming enabled.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.

Iv tried to call but it says my calls are blocked and I can't call 150 or any help
