I have purchased Data for Greece for the month of June 2025.  £11.33.

How do I check this?  I want to make sure we can use our mobiles whilst in Greece

Ah, this is the business Roam Abroad Pass (aka EE Roaming Passport) of Roaming for small business

As you are on contract, just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your no.

Good morning @af300506

Thanks for reaching out to us on the community.

Which part of Greece are you going to? I went to Crete last year it was beautiful.

Are you on pay as you go or pay monthly?

You will need to make sure you text ROAMING to 150 before you go.

If you have access to your My EE account online or via the app, you will be able to view any active add ons there too.

Thanks

Ritu

What exactly have you purchased for £11.33? Does it have a name? There is no data add-on for the EU.

You may use your usual UK allowances in the EU with up to 50 GB (contract) or 25 GB (PAYG) data per billing month if you have more. If on contract & your contract started after 07/07/2021 there'll be a £2.59 / day charge for using your UK allowances in EU unless you buy the 7-day EU Pass for £15 or you already have it as an Inclusive Extra or you have an EE All Rounder or Full Works Plan.

On PAYG there will be roaming charges to use your pack allowances in the EU, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival offering & inviting you to take up the options for roaming in EU of either £2.50 / day, by replying ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by replying ROAMEU7D to 150. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.

If you are on contract, just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your no.

If you are on PAYG, just make sure you had already used your PAYG SIM to make a call or text in the UK.

Thanks for your reply.  I Purchased Roam abroad Passes for all 3 mobiles on our account for Greece for the month of June 2025.  I have checked my EE bill and the amount of £11.33 is showing on bill for all 3 mobiles.  But when I log into My EE and check active add ons for each mobile number it says I have no active add ons!

The Roam Abroad Pass is no longer. There has been a Roaming Refresh  last year.

I purchased a Roaming Abroad Pass for £11.33, this is what is detailed on my bill.  Since the UK is not longer in EU I know I have to purchase this so I can use mobiles abroad as if we were in the UK

Yes it is a business contract but I cant find anywhere on our account that we have purchased the add on so we can use mobiles in greece as if we were in the UK, even though the £11.33 is showing on invoice for June!
