In September last year, we travelled to the U.S. I purchased the full roaming pass enabling me to use my phone abroad. I have full unlimited data and minute and call allowances whilst in the U.K. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't I supposed to be able to use my plan allowances and not incurr any call costs while I was over there? I have been charged for a phone call back to the U.K and for a few calls I made to U.S. numbers.

I have finally been able to make the EE chat understand what I am talking about. It seems that they may be refunding me the charges. How many more people have this problem and don't spot it?
