I travelled abroad to Egypt, my E-Sim wasn't working, on the EE side, they said it's working, then they made a new E-SIM for me. My E-SIM wasn't working for a month and a half, and I found charges to numbers I didn't call.
I explained this to customer service, it seems that there are some sort of glitch in the network or so, I imagine the egyptian network fault- calls are made to egyptian numbers (not by me) and it's being registered in the system as I made the calls. There is nothing I can do about it, can't block calls. Stuck cause i need my phone number for banking and logins and I am not making the calls.
Beware if you are abroad, check the outgoing calls.

Hi @AhmedSelim1,
Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear about the confusion regarding these charges, and I can understand your concern around this. I'd recommend reaching out to our team again around this, so they can take a further look, as this doesn't seem quite right.
