I’m currently in Canada and when trying to make calls to any number, whether it be a UK phone number or Canadian I keep getting “uc2, outgoing calling is currently disabled on your phone”. I’ve used my phone over here to call hundreds of times in the past and need to make important calls today. Anyone know what’s going on? Also, can’t contact EE because the only option is to call them!

Hi @Aaron6923
Welcome to the community.
If you've been able to make calls before from abroad, everything must still be set up from our end. Please try doing a manual network selection on your phone, to see if you can connect to any other Canadian providers.
Let us know if you manage to get connected please.

Hi @Aaron6923.
When was the last time you called from abroad before today?
Have you recently made any changes to your account such as an Upgrade OR applied a Spend Cap?

Thanks so much for confirming @Aaron6923.
Has the SIM been used OK in the UK since moving to pay as you go?
