Calls and texts eu

I have an old contract and recieved a message saying while your here you can use your minutes text and data at no extra cost, but I can't make any calls when I text roam to 150 it's saying roaming charges are 2.49 a day.

I am confused as I've been to the EU before and everything was ok, am I correct in thinking I just need to restart my phone and I should not be charged?

Welcome to the community.

If you last took out or renewed the contract before 7th July 2021, it would have EU roaming included as part of the plan.

If it was renewed after that point, it will depend on which plan you have and when the contract started.

When did the current contract start and which plan are you on? If you aren't sure, you can check in the EE app under Manage then Mobile & SIMs.

You can also login on our Roaming cost checker to check what your plan would give you.
