Hi there - landed in India on Thursday, purchased a 7-day Zone-1 pass - worked fine for 4.5 days, but then once I connected to a local wifi network, I cannot get the pass to switch back on.
I have now had 2 days where I have not been able to connect to 4G which was fine previously. Tried calling 150 from my EE phone and just getting an Indian "Caller not recognised" message, same with +447953966250, I was guarenteed both would work just fine from my EE phone while abroad.
Any help would be appreciated.

Connecting to WiFi shouldn't pose any issues with using your pass, provided your phone isn't trying to now default to a different network.
Are you seeing a 4G indicator next to your signal bars when you're out and about?
Also what model of phone are you using at the moment?
