Business account, no roaming service and cannot see/link my products

Hi everyone,

we recently signed up for EE business, however I am still not able to add the products (our SIMs) to my account. Additionally, we were told we will have roaming in Europe, but when when I was in Oslo, roaming did not work, a message from EE said to pay 2.26£ per day for roaming. I am traveling tomorrow to the EU, and wonder if I will have roaming, or how I can activate it. I don’t want to pay any amount during my stay in the EU, as it should be covered by the plan. 
Please help 🆘

I think a call to our business team is a good idea @rafaeloghlu

They'll be able to bring up your account and make sure that you are all set to go and see what the best options are for you.

@rafaeloghlu : Did you text ROAMING to 150 before you departed UK to enable the roaming ability on your a/c?

no, I didn’t. I’ll do tomorrow before leaving the UK. Right now the services aren’t working I presume. I hope it will work. 

but problem is not only with roaming, I cannot see any products, I cannot link my products to my account either. I will call the customer service tomorrow.
