Can anyone assist... we are in spain. I spoke to a woman two weeks ago that said we have been overcharged and she would action a refund. Instead, today, we cant use our phones at all... our account has been deactivated!!! We are on sim only with the roaming abroad £10 a month. The bills are all paid... now, suddenly, EE wants £250... not only that but we cannot call EE from our phones, they do not answer of instagram and the billing pages dont work on phones, laptops or any browser - we just get a blank page. This place in a position of owing money we don't owe, not being able to access any support and not being able to use our phones. It is DISGUSTING. It is our daughter's birthday today, she is at university and we cannot contact her.

Hi @Charleslin I hope you're having a great time in Spain! I very much hope the weather is nicer where you are.
We'd need to get access to your account to find out why your bill is that amount, so I'd recommend giving one of our billing guide a call.
If you need to talk to us while you’re away just call +44 7953 966 250.
This call is free to make whilst roaming in the EU, to make this call outside of the EU, you’ll be charged the standard roaming rate for where you are.

There's no roaming in EU for £10 / month. It's currently £25 / billing period but going up in Dec.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

- WEEKS spent trying to get EE to sort a simple problem in SIM cards & Porting
- Lack of signal and failure to display mobile bill information in the EE mobile a in Mobile Network discussions
- Cancelled EU roaming add on by mistake in Roaming
- No 5G in Mobile Network discussions
- Not able to view bills and change any details on my profile in Mobile Services
