Appalling phone customer service

So I had the Roaming Pass contract for 2 years, all fine, continued on after the end of the contract and then since November I started having charges for calling in the EU from the EU which I do all the time as I live between two countries. Even though I keep getting the “Welcome to Greece, you can use your allowance as in the UK etc”. January now, when to the EE store, the manager look at my account and confirmed it is a mistake and that I should call 150 to get a refund and that a note has been sent. Done that only to speak to an “advisor” that kept saying I understand but the bills are correct and we changed it in December even though I was charged in November as well. That I have the charges because I made the calls, clearly ignoring that ALL my previous bills have the same calls and that I have a roaming pass. Eventually he agreed to refund me only for November which is not right as I’m over charged in December and January and I will keep chasing that money cause it is not right! And OBVIOUSLY am leaving EE!
