All calls have been blocked while abroad. I can't even call 150.
I am on pay as you go and still have credit. How can unblock my number?
Thanks

Hello @Eeuser_ ,
Welcome to the community,
As you are on pay as you go, roaming is enabled on your account. You need to have enough money to make calls, you also need to make sure that you have the international prefix before the number, if ringing the UK, it needs to be either +44 or 0044.
Have you tried a manual search for a network? Also rebooting your phone may help.

Hi @Eeuser_.
Thanks for getting back to us.
What happens when you try to connect to another local network?
When was the last time you used your SIM for any chargeable activity?

Hi,
I get the similar recordings on all the networks; that the provider's blocked calls.
It's probably been a couple of months since my last call or text, it's obviously more cost effective to use a local SIM while abroad. But needless to say I still need my UK number.

It sounds like your SIM could be in hibernation @Eeuser_.
The only way to get this activated would be by speaking with our customer care team who have account access.
Do you have access to Skype or another phone?

Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
