Hi
ive closed my account in the uk before going to Thailand.
I want to add some roaming from Thailand but I’m not receiving passcode the are sending me on my English number. I’m going in circles
can’t log in to my Ee app.
czn someone help pls
what do I do ?

As it was switched to PAYG while you were abroad you can't now use it until you return to UK. EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad.

@Monikazaw : Did you cancel your contract & move it to PAYG? How long did you do that before leaving UK?

Return to UK or don't use your EE SIM there. Get a local SIM.

I hope you're having an amazing time in Thailand! @XRaySpeX is correct. You won't be able to make the switch to Pay As You Go unless you are in the UK. Is there anyone in the UK who could pick up a replacement SIM if this was sent to your account address, and then send this to you in Thailand?
