Activate roaming abroad

Quick question - how do I activate roaming abroad at the 2.47 per day? Going to France for a 5 days next week. I've tried the the link in the texts sent by EE but it keeps saying something gone wrong!

Hello @rob9669. 

Have you activated roaming by texting ROAMING to 150?

If yes, once you arrive in France you can start using your phone and will be charged £2.47 per day.
