How do I acess my PUK code?

Hello. My SIM card has been locked for some reason and I searched that I need my PUK code.However, it says for me to click on 'Manage my Device' but this option doesn't exists to me and I need my PUK code. Honestly, EE is such a hard platform.

Microsoft 365 Personal as an inclusive extra

When I took my current deal with 3 inclusive extras, this was an option to select, and I see it’s still advertised for anyone taking out a new contract. However, when I go to the page where I can select my extras it does not appear. Why is this?
