Hey,

I recently switch on my phone after 2 months and my EE number is not able to receive any text or call, While dialing any number, it says i dont have enough credit for this call, I am not even able to dial 150, it says the same thing.

I tried to top up my number but it is failing, I think my number is blocked but how do i get it unblock ?

@shreyash : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.

When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

That's 10 months of non-use. You've lost it for good.

if it is saying you have no credit, you are still in the hibernation period, you can reactivate it by calling the 07953 number on this page
