what is credit and how do i checked whats its been used for. yesterday i received a text saying i have no credit so i put £15 on my credit yesterday but today i checked on my acc it says i have 0  credit

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like you may have one of our pay as you go packs, which would be purchased with credit you add, and give you minutes, texts and data to use over the next 30 days.

Can you text AL to 150 from your phone and let me know what the text that comes back says?
