urgent help needed

my sim card has gone into hibernation and i cant call 150 to get it reactivated, it says i dont have enough credit to make this call

You need 25p to make a call to CS.

You could try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It might be free.

how can i top up when my sim is currently disabled, in the past when it went into hibernation i would call 150 and it would say press 1 to start using your phone again, something seems to have changed

do you think they will still be able to reconnect me without that information, i cant remember something i did 6 months ago

i got it sorted now, i called the free number from another phone and it let me reactivate my sim card via the automated menus.

i am the original poster, i forgot the password to my other account. now i have my phone working again i wont have to end my life
