unlimited data add on

durring my previous top up i was able to add on a unlimited data add on, this time it isnt showing me a option for unlimited data add on, is there a restriction on unlimited data add ons?

@MatildaB   Was that option an offer for a limited time ?  PAYG doesn’t get unlimited data.

Same problem here. I cannot find the unlimited data option for £40 anymore in the add on section.

I figured it out. The unlimited data add-on option appeared after I  subscribed for 5GB(310) data. I guess the unlimited add-on doesn't work without a data pack.

You can call us on 150 and the team will get this added for you 🙂

No, @joe7123456 , the unlimited data add-on is not available if you don't have a pack. The most you can get is 10GB. You see the table I posted? It states these add-ons are available to eligible pack customers.
