i’ve just been on the we app to top my phone up with data, i have £7.50 in my balance and it had no option for me to purchase a data add on at all, i’m not sure what to do?

Try texting ADD DATA to 150.

i’m on a flex plan, and i’ve tried texting ‘add data’ to 150, it comes up with all the add on data options which i reply ‘1GB’ for the £7.50 1gb for 30 days one, and nothing happens and i don’t get a reply

I've heard that add-ons can't be bought for Flex by their users altho' they should be available & are in EE Flex Plans Non-Standard Charges Price Guide. Solution was to call CS to fix it for your a/c.

Maybe it's a temporary recent glitch. It has only recently (last week?) surfaced as far as I've seen.

Hello
I am having the same issue as the above post with not being able to purchase add on.
I have credit in my account of £15.00 and when I click on the buy add on button, no list of options appear for me to select what data add on I would like to purchase.
Please can you call Cx to get them to fix it for my account? I need it done as soon as you can my son is abroad on a school trip and I need him to be able to acces the internet.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with buying an add-on. I would recommend calling our Mobile Care team on 150 so they can look into why this is happening for you.
