Hello.

I should top up my EE number but currently I'm abroad and actually don't use and don't need my EE sim card for now. I just need to know: if don't top up now my EE number but in aproximately 10/15 days later after expire date I will get my current pack as earlier or I will lose it if don't top up it in time?

Thanks

@nazit  You don’t need to top up in time you can top up when you’re ready and then purchased the pack that you currently using.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@nazit : If you don't top-up before your pack expires there will be no credit to buy your next pack, so it won't be auto bought.

To save the SIM going into hibernation due to lack of use, just remember within every 179 days (~ 6 months) to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from any Pack or Add-on you might have.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thank you very much. So after expiring I just need to top up and after that I will have my pack which I had before?

Thank you very much for helping. So, after expiring I can top up and I will have my pack back within calling 150 or some other EE srevices?

Yes, as long as you don't leave it too long, over ~6 months, w/out making a chargeable action in between. There would be no need to call CS; it can all be auto done by topping-up & maybe by text.
