Hi, My data run out on my old pack so i upgraded to a new 5 gb pack . I have paid and the new pack is now registered and has updated the allowances in my account. The problem is i cannot stream or download anything unless i connect to WiFi, nothing will go via my data connection. I have restarted my phone several times and ensured that in connections the data is switched on. Any Ideas. Thanks

Update: Yes I could make calls and txt, but no data action. But, today its working haven't changed a thing, the data just started to stream as normal watching YouTube and listening to the radio. Thanks to all who contributed. 🙂
