I used EE's pay as you go to transfer my previous phone number. I have paid £1 on pay as you go and my phone number has been transferred, but EE can't find my purchase information. I can use data to access the Internet but I can't make calls or send text messages, but I can receive text messages and calls.

We want to get your number up and running with us as swiftly as possible, so I'm sorry for any confusion here. It does sound like you may have a £1 data pack active, if you're able to get online, but I would like to get this checked. Is your account set up in the EE app?

Sorry, I made a mistake. It's a 10 pound pack in pay as you go. I have set it up in the EE app, but it shows that I have no balance, no pack, no call balance and now my data cannot be used. Do I need to top up again?

You have no pack & no credit. You need to top-up & buy a pack with it.
