Issue with Pack Renewal

Hi,

 

My £10 pack didn’t renew today even though I topped up £10 yesterday. I got a message saying I need more credit, but my balance is £10.

I’ve already checked my balance, tried to buy the pack manually, and restarted my phone, but nothing worked.

Can you please help fix this?

We don't want you to have any issues getting your new pack started, so I understand why you're frustrated. Can I just check that your old pack is no longer active?
