@lukefowler2023      You’ll need to call customer services about that as no one here has access to your account.

You also might want to read THIS in case you not aware of the 3G switch off

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

i am aware of the 3g switch off but i am waiting for ee to offer unlimited data on pay as you go at a resonable price before i switch to ee

I can't see "unlimited data" on "pay as you go" happening any time soon. I used to text 6MONTHWEB to 441 which was £40 for "Unlimited Data" on T-Mobile but often had "Fair use" caps applied if going over 3GB too often. Even worse I was once told by CS that the 3GB was for the whole 6 months which equated to 500MB / month. Needless to say, I moved !!!

The T Mobile 6MONTHWEB was never Unlimited Data, it was Unlimited Web Browsing, it included a 500Mb Data Download FUP per Month (hence why you where told 3Gb for 6 Months), once you hit your monthly 500Mb in any month you were then restricted to Web Browsing only and Download including Streaming was then blocked untill your Monthly Refresh Date, there was an easy work around to this, but I won't bother going into detail as its all done and dusted now.

Originally the 6MONTHWEB was £20, great value IMHO, but was increased to £40 to include UK and EU Roaming, still good value, there were also MONTHWEB (30 Days £5), WEEKWEB (5 Days £2.50) and WEB or what ever it was called (1 Day £1), strangely the 1 Day Web did include All You Can Eat Data (Unlimited) but it was also Speed Restricted to the Original 3G Spec Speeds, 44kBs throughput from memory which equated to around 0.35 Mbs Spped in today's money.

Another good one was OrangeWorld, which was a £1 for Unlimited Data for 24 Hours, but the Hours would start at midnight before you sent the Activation Text, so if you were in the know, you could text at 1 minute past Midnight then get 2 Days of Free Data Usage (47 hours and 59 Mins before it expires).

The best one in my book was the Virgin PAYG Sims, which used the T Mobile Network, as long as you had more than £5 Credit Left, or you could Top Up another Fiver then text the Unlimited Data Add On, which would give you 2048Gbs (yes 2 TBs of UL Data for a Month) but the bit I could never work out was they would refund the £5 after 24 Hours to use against your Calls and Texts, so effectively it was Free?, they did however comedown on you hard if they found you was Tethering or using the Sim in a Router / WiFi.

before november 2018 the data usage counter was always frozen which means i would get unlimited data, the unlimited data on ee pay as you go now is a rip off, the unlimited data add on is now £40 for a month and you cant even buy the add on if you dont have a pack. i will move to ee if they can match this deal

if ee cant offer unlimited data at a resonable price (£30 a month or less) i will move to smarty when ee turns off 3G

my internet seems to be completely blocked, not ust streaming and downloading blocked, everything redirects to the page to buy more data
