Hi @millieee88

If your SIM has gone into hibernation there is a risk this has been disconnected. 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team who can help further.

What do you mean the Sim Card isn't working?  

Is it a Contract or PAYG?

it is payg had it years keeps saying sim not provisioned why so i dont get
any messages

a while ago but every time i tried to top up it would not let me so i did
not bother but i want to keep my number thats the problem
