Hi all,
Does anybody know what i can do here? I have tried to contact EE customer service but get cut off. They then send a text to request a callback, but then send a second message to say 'sorry something went wrong'.
My PAYG sim card arrived in the post yesterday.
I have linked it to my EE account.
When trying to purchase an add on i get the following error message:
What does anybody suggest?
