on 16/6/23 i ordered a payg sim and paid £15 for a add on. new sim arrived today 21/6/23 put it in phone and says i need to top up as i only have £9.20 what happened to the £15 i paid soon as ive used credit up im gone not getting more money out of me

What response do you get if you text BALANCE to 150?

Have you made any calls since receiving the SIM?

If you text AL to 150 what reports?

only to 150 soon as i put sim in tex said you have topped up 10 pound

say balance 9.20
