ive just bought £15 and i wanted the PLAN15 but its not working i always have this issue i end up going to the store but cant go right now so need help pls 🙂

I'm sorry you have had trouble activating your plan, have you been able to get this sorted?
It may be worth a call to our customer care team on 150 if this is happening often.

Try restarting your device.
What does it say if you text BA to 150.

it says:

yes i did try a lot of times it keeps saying:
To buy your £15 plan again, simply top up £15 and your plan will start automatically.
