this error below has been shown for quite awhile.

Also, why my current credit shows as 0 pound.

Please help me to look into this issue, or should I visit a branch nearby and ask them to look into this issue for me.

For more information, I purchased a 30GB payg pack.

Furthermore, I would like to ask how can I recharge my current pack as I can't see any option on my ee account.

Thanks in advance.

@joyl : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

What means "recharge"? Top-up or re-buy?

re-buy the current pack I am using (£15 one, with 15 GB). The one includes unlimited text and phone calls.

I can't see any top-up options for packs, so do I need to visit a store and buy a e-voucher for re-buying the packs with the same number ?

And how can I ensure I used the money on a correct number, as I have two Ee numbers, which I don't want to use the another number anymore (I have take that unwanted sim card out of my phone and disposed it)

And message from 150 is as follow, "You now have unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 15GB to use in the UK & EU for up to 30 days and £15.00 has come out of your credit.

Your £15 Pack SIM Local 2022 will automatically renew on 25/09 as long as you have £15.00 credit. To keep track of your usage go to ee.co.uk/myee or reply AL"

But I am not sure which number it refers to, the old number or the new number.

For my background, I have bought a ee sim card at Hong Kong before my arrival to UK, but it takes half day to activate, so I bought another pack with same amount at sim local store at Heathrow airport for emergency use.

Now, I wish to keep the number I purchased at sim local at the airport, and throw away the number I bought at HK.

So, I wish to make sure I re-buy the pack for the correct number.

Thanks.

It refers to the no. of the SIM from which you sent the AL text.

If you want to rebuy the £15 pack text PACK15 to 150 from whichever SIM you want it on.

The EE Text Service relates only to whichever SIM is being used to send them.

Just want to confirm that it refers to the Sim I currently put inside the sim slot of my mobile?

Also, if it refers to the Sim I keen to continue using, From what I received from 150, it states that £15.00 has come out of your credit. So, does this makes sense that my account credit drops to £0 as shown from the pic above?

Furthermore, I would like to know do I need to topup £15 credits before texting PACK15 to 150 for re-buying the pack?

Thanks

You need to have a PAYG credit on that no. of at least £15 when you text PACK15 from it.

So I need to topup £15 before re-buying the exact £15 pack.

Or can I topup £30 at once, and purchasing the £15 pack separately in the upcoming two months for recurring?

Thanks

Yes, of course you need money to pay for each pack.

Yes, you can do either or even top-up £180 in 1 go to pay for all the next year's packs.

Sorry for my unclear statmemt. I thought I can re-buy the pack by texting to 150, with paying by credit card over text.

Under the premise that I have already saves my credit card payment information on my ee account.

Thanks!
