Does anyone know what's happening to EE 150? its patchy at best! Sometimes you can get through, other times it doesn't even connect, or you just get cut off prior to the call being answered? Have tried all the EE fixes, no change, checked coverage, no faults reported., reset phone, no change, went into store and of course it worked, came home, back to normal. Reset phone again, worked a couple of times the back to usual problems. Any one had this problem and fixed it?

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems calling 150.
Is this only happening in one particular location?
Are you able to call other numbers when you have this issue?

I have just called another phone, OK
Have txt another phone, OK
Called 150, not connected, call abandoned, this is on a Samsung J5 2017 on PAYG. [edited]
No problems on my iPhone XS, which could mean the Samsung is faulty?
I haven old Samsung J5 2016, I’ll charge it up, swap the sim card and see what happens.
