I have just topped up my sons phone and it’s now not connecting to the internet.  It’s very frustrating and we cannot find anything online to resolve this.  He can make calls and send texts

@Zandra3 : Where is he?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

We get a message back saying what is in the huddle that was bought with how much data he has

I’ve just realised that it’s the first top up from switching networks.  Might need to phone them up incase lack of settings or something

@Zandra3 - To check, are the APN settings set for EE on the Apple device itself? As you have mentioned a switch of networks? The device might still have the previous mobile network's settings?
