how to prevent pre-paid data sim (12 months) auto deactivating at 180 days?

I bought pre-paid data-only sim card, 120 Gb for 12 Months (Argos £50). I understand from comments on Argos & Amazon that some people are having problems with these cards auto deactivating after 180 days with total loss of internet. I'll be at 180 days in a couple of weeks. Is there a way to prevent this happening now while I still have an internet connection? I'm very dependent on this internet connection.

With thanks.

@XRaySpeX Yes I understand what you are saying but technically it's not a PAYG Sim (Voice / Text / Data) it's a upfront  Pre Paided Data Only Sim (Data Only plus Bonus SMS Bundle), you can  Call 150 for Free using any Data Sim.

As said you shouldn't need to make a Chargeable Cost with the PP Data Sims, to stop the Hibination but just make sure they are used on a regular basis. That's how it's always Been in my experience unless EE have changed the rules with Pre Paid Data.

@XRaySpeX I cannot comment on EE's T&Cs on PAYG or Prepaid Data Sims, I can only comment on experience of using these Sims in the past together with other Peeps who seem to use them on a regular basis.

What I could say, without going into too much detail, is a lot of Mobile Networks T&Cs are written then modified at a later date and do not nessaceraly relate to the Mobile Networks current practice.

@EssexBoyEE : Yes, I agree, I've never seen an EE T&C's that is foolproof & w/out any ambiguities.
