About my bundle

About 1 week before my bundle had finished. I topped it up so when it finished the top up would go straight across to pay it. But Instead when I was ringing people it took the minutes out of the credit even though my bundle hadn't finished yet. And I had unlimited text and minutes because I brought the £15 bundle.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and investigate further.
