direct card payment Pay as you go.

I have a £5  monthly pack by direct card payment , 10% dicount should be £4.50, why are they taking £5? I have phoned put on hold while she check it out after 30mins was cut off.

I have just managed to speak to an advisor at EE, and he has sorted it for me, next payment wil be £4.50.
