Hello! I had created my account with the first pack. How can I find the detail of my second pack which I had bought on Dec 2022?

Hello @My19

By details do you want to see what is included and what is remaining?

You could log in to your My EE or text BA to 150.

Please be sure to let me know if you have any further questions.

Katie 🙂

Hello Katie. Thank you for your quick reply. My two packs are in different phone numbers. There is 545MB in previous pack and I only keep the second pack. Can the 545MB be rolled to second pack?

Why don't you just continue with the 1st SIM and keep buying packs for that? Why even bother buying a 2nd SIM?
