can't send text messages

i've changed the message center to +44 7958 879879

i've tried texting myself and it goes through 

i'm on pay as you go as using ee is temporary. my balance says

my last purchase was a £10 pack. everything is fine apart from my text messages not sending at all.

  • Text BA to 150. What does it say. 
  • Are you in the UK
  • What device do you have.

I would also try restarting your device.
