buy more data on flex

on a flex15 subscription and have run out of data, but no option to buy add ons on app or site. Does anyone know how/if it is possible??

There is £8.75 on the account which according to the prices should be
enough for a data top up. Ive tried topping up before but it still didnt
show up any options to purchase add ons...
