it is a month that i can not visit the add-on page for me pay as you go sim card

I am abroad, and customer care told me I should buy a roaming add-on to be able to send a text or make a call

right now, my sim card only receives SMS

it is a month after I called EE customer care, and add-on page still shows me an error as you see in the attached image

this is the URL I visit after I click on the add-on link in the customer panel

@highlander926 : Where are you abroad?

Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

It has been about two years since I started using my EE SIM card for roaming. Now I am in Iraq, and every time I turn on my SIM card, it shows an SMS about roaming costs and...

But I can not make any calls or send any SMS and just receive SMS, and customer care told me it is because I have no roaming add-on

I have never paid for any add-on before, and I just top-op my SIM card to keep it active

my user panel does not open an add-on page to buy any pack, as you see in my attached photo

I think that error on the user panel does not depend on where I am right now, but I have seen it for about a month now!

There is no particular add-on for roaming in Iraq. Outside the EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/iraq > PAYG.

To be able to roam all you need to do is top-up & use that credit for your calls & texts. That Add-on Purchase Error is not affecting or preventing you roaming.

If there is no need to buy any add-on outside the EU so why can't I make any calls or send SMS? I have money on my account, but I can only receive SMS, and even SMS to 150 not working

I see outgoing calls barred when I try to make a call

When did you last make a chargeable transaction?

i think three month before that, I do it every 2-3 months to keep my sim-card active
