add on IDD WORLD

i sent a message to 150 and did the IDD WORLD but the amount has not been taken from my account nor have i got the acknowledgement email. I did this this morning at 7.00am , how long does it take to show on the mobile and your account

Just so I can make sure we're looking at all of the right details with this, am I correct in thinking it's a pay as you go account you have with us?

Also did you get a confirmation message when you sent this originally?

That command is only for PAYG users - see Calling abroad on Pay as You Go
