I got a new pay as you go sim card. 

how do i activiate it

I have top up £5 through my debit card and its appearing in the account 

but not able to make a call or send a text message out

EE PAYG SIMs are already activated as long as you are in UK.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
