I didnt top up my phone for nearly a year and I stopped recived SMS, i did top up my sim card but still didnt recived anything and cant do calls or texts.

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I didnt use it for few months, looks like more than 6, i just did top up 5 quid, but still didnt work, i cant ring them 😕 is any other way to contact them to active my card again?

It's not a matter of just using it. You needed to make a chargeable action within the last 9 months to be able to reactivate it. Otherwise you've lost it completely.

- Paid £15 for pack but it's missing after number transfer – can't make calls in Pay as you go
- Final EE Bill in Contracts & Billing
- account closed without my knowledge. I'm out of the country returning to the uk in Pay as you go
