Hello my dad phoned up yesterday as he's the account holder to this phone. He wanted this phone to be in my name so I can just pay the bill instead of transferring money to him, I got told that the details would change and it will be my email which is XXXXXXXXXXXX@XXXXX.com but when I'm logging on using that it won't work but when I type a different email it's working. I'm just wondering if I can use the new one and then you update it on your system so I can upgrade
[Mod Edit: Removed email address]

There are no bills for PAYG. You just top-up the credit as & when needed.
If your dad wants to transfer this no. to your a/c all he needs do is Remove from his a/c & then you can create your own a/c & Add this no. to it. It is unnecessary to involve CS.

Hi @Alicia1997,
I would suggest that you get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone to discuss.
Unfortunately this is just a community forum so nobody has access to your account information and settings.
Thanks,
Alex
