Hi.
I would like to cancel my EE pay as you go contract, since I've moved out from the UK.
However, it seems impossible to get in contact with the service centre. I've tried calling for than 10 times but never succeeded in getting someone receive the call.
Is there any other way I can cancel the contract? I've already payed about three months of unused fees and I'm getting really dissatisfied with EE.
Or is thete any specific time of day that the service centre is more likely to get my call??
I would appreciate any help.
Thx

PAYG is not a contract. You are not committed to anything. Just cut up the SIM and bin it.

@ruby1230 Do you auto payment setup ? If you do you need to cancel that as just cutting up the sim will not stop that.
Are you 100 sure it’s a PAYG. ? And if it is PAYG why are you dissatisfied with EE it’s PAYG and you’re not commented to pay it over a set period of time and you can stop this when you want EE don’t need to know you want to stop it.
If it’s a contract then you need to inform EE you wish to terminate the contract and you’ll be required to pay off any remaining term of that contract.
