I have 610mb of data but when I am not using Wi-Fi I can not access my mobile data, I’ve had this phone for 2 years on a payg weekly renewal , never had the problem before updated software all settings correct ?!!

Hi. Did u check in settings are mobile data is turn on ? If yes. Try restart phone. If that not help I would call technical support and maybe u need refresh ee settings on your iphone.

naturally that’s the first thing one check’s , how do I refresh network settings for we ?
