Two top ups running

I've ended up with two top ups my original £10.00 and my new one which is £18.00 direct.my account shows the £10.00 but not the £18.00 even though that amount is coming out also.

@Antonyc26 : Sounds like you manually topped-up £10 while you have a recurring direct card payment to buy the £20 pack @ 10% discount.

Your missing £18 credit has bought your Pack.
