Gave details of updated credit card, but got "additional confirmation needed" but no way of giving it , just a sad face on a grey ground.

Text STOP PACK to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack choose to pay for it by direct card payment with your new card.
