Topping up

I have an account with 3 phones, 1 of which is used by a colleague and it's a top one
how can I check balance on it remotely using the EE app and how can I top it up using the app?

if I can't do it that way hiw can I top it up. im not with the phone

Hi @adamchristopher

If it's someone else's phone, you won't be able to check the credit balance. You can top it up using our Make Anonymous Payment system.
