Hi I got my daughter a pay as you sim it says if you top up £20 we would get 30gb unlimited mins and texts , I’ve done this but it’s saying she only has 5gb and 500 mins to change it to what we want it’s saying pay another £20 which I won’t be doing

@Prince123 : You have bought a PAYG SIM with a primed £10 pack which has started. Use this 1 up & then switch next to the £20 pack if you want it.

Text STOP PACK to 150 now to stop the £10 pack recurring. Then top-up to at least £20 credit & text PACK20 to 150. When the current pack expires the £20 pack will be bought & used.
