Topped up, pack not auto renewed.
This has happened 4 times now.
Showing I have credit and confirming I have credit with 150.
Had to wait in a cue to access your app for 5 mins and your telephone support never works.
Communication experts? This is ridiculous

If you have been trying to speak to customer service today, they are probably very busy due to new IPhone and IWatch and customers pre-ordering, this seems to be happening with 02 as well, as I have read in another thread.
It worked for me on Wednesday, hardly waited at all. Did you try pressing 1 and then 2 to speak to a customer?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
